Solar Energy Traceability Monitoring System and Components

Solar power generation is essentially a power collection device, and the more the monitoring is done at the source, the more beneficial it is. This system can collect and organize key current flow generation data from each stage, starting from the series strings of the photovoltaic modules, to the inverter, and up to the step-up transformer. It is achieved through our unique approach:

  • Intelligent self-set filtering condition evaluation: Automates quality control and ensures optimal performance for the power plant.
  • Clear and intuitive online color management: Directly identifies issues, making operation and maintenance simple and efficient.

Because of traceability, it's simple. But achieving true traceability while fully utilizing traceability information is not simple!


We provide two types for customers to choose from:
  1. Commercial and Industrial Standard Model Uses a server as the main unit with a small industrial computer for edge data collection, simple to use and cost-effective.
  2. Power Company Custom Model Uses an industrial computer as the main unit, with built-in iFIX graphics control software, and PLC for edge data collection. It can autonomously regulate and interface with power company dispatch systems (customizable for power plant-level clients).



Additionally, to ensure the long-term efficient operation of the photovoltaic system, reliable and high-performance monitoring and combiner components are essential. To this end, we design and manufacture many key monitoring components for solar power systems and represent internationally renowned manufacturers of high-performance combiner components, providing one-stop monitoring services with full accountability. Photovoltaic String Power Generation Monitor – DSM Series

  • Capable of measuring up to 16 PV power generation circuits
  • Accurately measures current, power, voltage, and energy generation across a wide temperature range and measurement span

Intelligent PV Combiner Box – PVSB Series

  • Made from fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) or stainless steel, meeting IP65 protection standards.
  • Equipped with Eaton’s Bussmann brand components, offering a full range of specifications and certifications.
  • Integrated with appropriate string meters to accurately measure and monitor power generation data for each string, as well as internal temperature and surge protection device (SPD) status
  • Customizable to meet client specifications and provide fully assembled solutions.

Solar Irradiance Monitor (SIM)

  • Integrates solar radiation and temperature measurement, with metering, display, and communication functions all in one
  • Can monitor solar irradiance and photovoltaic panel temperature
  • Has an excellent temperature measurement range of -50°C to 150°C

光伏熔斷器PV-XXA10F

  • 專為保護和隔離PV模組之組串迴路而設計的熔斷體。
  • 本熔斷體有能力中斷直流1000V與超過標稱電流1.3倍的低過載容斷保護。
  • 能雙向電流保護PV模組,對單一組串迴路或多組串併聯迴路(陣列),均有保護作用。

直流斷路器 GM5-250PT

  • 本GM5-250PT系列之塑膠殼直流斷路器,是專為保護PV直流迴路而設計的斷路器,均通過IEC 60947-2及UL4898或GB 1408.2認證。
  • 適用於PV發電系統,斷路器除具有隔離開關之作用外,尚具有過載和短路保護功能,能保護輸電線路和電力設備不受損害。
  • 為2P結構,可降低40%功耗和發熱

直流微型斷路器 GM5-40P

  • 本GM5-40P系列微型斷路器是一款專為保護PV模組用於匯流時之迴路保護用斷路器。除具有隔離開關之作用外,尚具有過載和短路保護功能。對於故障PV組串的反向電流,GM5-40P可為PV模組和線路提供可靠保護。
  • 本微型斷路器均通過IEC 60947-2及UL 489B及GB14048.2之認證。

三相盤面型電子式電表 TPM系列

  • 能監測變流器後的高低壓、交流電力資訊
  • 為寬量程多相線電子表,可通用在單相三線、三相三線、三相四線110V、220V或380V之供電系統,最具彈性。
  • 使用開口式比流器,能在不斷電情況下,安裝本電表。

三相遙讀型電力計 EZ-T

  • 具有電壓(V)、電流(A)、現在功率(W)、視在功率(VA)、功率因數(PF)、總累計用電量(kWh)、及區間用電(kWh)等之測量顯示功能。
  • 能測量極小的電力至0.01W及極小的電能至0.001kWh。
  • 電能(kWh)測量準確度±0.5%;電力(W)測量準確度±1%(在額定電流下)
  • 內含零交越開關電源,以及緩啟動電源保護裝置。

斷路器型電力計 iCB-RP

  • 電能(kWh)及電力測量準確度1.0%。(在額定電流條件下)
  • 內含80A繼電器,可控制電源ON及OFF,以及過電流設定和跳脫保護。
  • 程式化設定跳脫電流和跳脫時間,加值其安全保護作用。

電力測量模組 PM series
